He assisted us at our temporary location by building a handicap ramp for my sister and saving her dog who fell in the lake. Mike and Team Lewis guided us thru the whole process from start to finish. Our house didn't burn completely to the foundation, but it is still bad. Robert appeared day one with compassion and understanding. Not knowing who he was, I almost ran him off. I had had just about enough of the vultures circling us that day. I am so glad I didn't. Nothing has been done yet in terms of putting hands on the rebuild. Yet, Robert Cade has been like a guardian angel to us. He has spent a lot of time with my dad at the hospital making him feel tons better than he otherwise would in a situation such as this. He has been there for my mother, also. As for me, I am a huge fan of people who do what they say, nothing more or less. He told me day one a lot of things to expect in the coming days. He was absolutely correct. I had a problem with my hotel room. He didn't make empty promises or blow smoke. He told me honestly that due to a coming storm, it would be better to stay where I was, than to try and move and end up getting snowed on all night. It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but he was right. He has taken such good care of us already that it's humbling. Even with the roads covered in snow and ice, and in the rain, he came to the hotel tonight just to bring me beer and chapstick and talk with me for a bit. I don't know where my head would be at without him. We are so completely certain that he got placed directly in our path for more reasons than we could ever comprehend. He's not just a restoration pro... he's the friend you wish you had in time of real crisis. When dealing with a life changing experience like a house fire it was great to have people who actually care and help you get through tough times when you need it most. When our house caught fire Robert Cade of CPR was there to consult us through a really tough time. My wife and I were at a loss the day of the fire and thankfully Robert was there to guide us, he showed genuine care and compassion for what had just happened. He assured us everything would be ok and that we will get through this tough time in our life. Robert was really a blessing to have with us the day of the fire and during the beginning stages of rebuilding our home. After we met with Robert he put us in contact with Bobby Dexter of CPR. Bobby was instrumental in assuring us that our home would be rebuilt back to the standards in which my wife and I would be pleased with. Bobby was also on top of all aspects of dealing with our insurance company and getting all the permits needed to get the house done. He was transparent when showing us the buildout plans and what exactly was to get done with the house. During the rebuild of the house we worked with Mike Love. Mike of CPR was our point of contact during the rebuild and would keep us up to date during different stages of rebuilding. If we had any questions or concerns we would contact Mike and he would get us the answers we needed. Mike came out the day of the fire and was there till we signed the all completion forms. This brings me to Mike Shuck. Mike was the guy to get it done and he did!!! Mike was in charge of overseeing the rebuild of the structure of the house. He would always ask our opinion vs just doing what he thought best, even though what he thought is most of the time what we went with. No matter the time of day Mike would always answer our phone calls and genuinely seemed to really care about us and our rebuild. Mike even brought us homemade desserts that he personally made during the holiday season. I would definitely recommend CPR for your needs.
